260 - Week one and two started the year off in Hawaii. Surprisingly when I came back from Hawaii I weighed 255. Alot of fish and activities probably helped. Less snacking. I will post every Monday morning.

255 - Week 3 - Back to work. the whole family is sick. Recovering from a two week vacation is taking a long time. Hope to start exercising next week.

This weeks goal. - Reduce caloric intake. Stay off the booze during the week. Eat small meals. No carbo snacking. MAKE WISE CHOICES!

Week 4 -257 If it were easy we would all be skinny. Had not too good of weekend. Have to start exercising.

Week 5 - 253.6 - Went to the desert this weekend. Played golf. Still no exercise. It will be february soon.

January came and went sooo fast. it's astrugle. It is like the body finds a level it wants to be at and between one's mind and spirit. the body wins. Well I am keeping at it.

February - Week 6 and 7. 255 I went to the desert this week. not the best with the ZTP - Zero tolerance policy. Every day is a renewal of my efforts. I really need to start exercising for real. My milestones for weight loss are 245 by the Masters.

February - 256 - Week 8-9 Believe it or not I went to Georgia this week and played a little course that would make most people cry. It did me. Any way, I am still pushing hard to get to exercise. february came and went and no exercise. MARCH will be different!

March - week 1 - 253 - Started working out this week. Pretty much the precore and ab work. I know now that I will start to get impatient and want the weight to start falling off. Yeah right. Week 2 - 256 - Working out now has made me very hungry. I need to make better choices and watch my intake. Every day is a new day. Week 3 - 255 - It has to be the booze and weekends............................My foot from the broken Navicular bone is killing me.
